Nikita the RN was always responsive and helpful. Lindsay, Social guided us through all the processes and what to expect. The Aides assigned to my husband were kind compassionate and so hard working. They are overworked but they are caring compassionate people who do a difficult job day in and day out. They handle difficult patients and everyone is in a degree of pain when they come here but the aides take it all in their stride.
The facility did not change my grandmas depends for several days, nor did they give her a shower for the entire month she was there. The first weekend she was there they did not check if she ate. And a nurse specifically stated she did not have time to get her something to drink. The credibility of the staff and its directors is extremely non existent. This facility has caused my grandmother a complete decline in health. Skilled nurses, therapists and licensed care professionals are available to guide you through your personalized therapy.
